Time is not a backdrop. It is an ingredient.

The hand stays close to the work

Every choice stays in the glass.

The meeting of column and pot still rums. Years inside charred American oak. A selected second rest in Oloroso-seasoned French oak. The final pour, seal and inspection by hand. Anguillita is built in layers, and no layer is there by accident.

Craft should be tasted.

Four decisions.
One signature.

The character of Anguillita begins long before the bottle. It is built through selection, time, wood and the last human touch.

The long rest

Ten years leave a mark.

Rums aged for up to ten years in medium-plus-char American oak develop body, depth and a measured oak character.

Another layer, deliberately chosen.

Selected rums return to wood in French oak barrels that previously held Oloroso wine.

The final hand

The hand completes it.

Every bottle is poured, sealed and inspected by hand. It is hand crafted in Anguilla, with human attention present through the final step.

Anguillita Rum in 750 millilitre and 375 millilitre bottles with a description of the blend
Warren Buttle / the blend / two stills / two oaks / one signature

The glass remembers everything.

Slow legs move down the sides of the glass, a first sign of the rum's texture and body. From there, the casks, the stills and the years begin to speak.

Product description and tasting notes from Warren Buttle
01
On the nose

Elegant and generous.

Vanilla and caramel lead, followed by cinnamon, pepper, sugarcane and nutmeg. A balanced note of oak, shaped by prolonged barrel aging, holds the aromas together.

02
On the palate

The aroma becomes flavour.

Walnuts and hazelnuts meet toffee caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Brown sugar brings a rounded sweetness while the full texture carries every note with intensity.

03
In the finish

Long. Silky. Remembered.

Caramel, cocoa and walnut linger after the final sip, leaving a finish that is smooth, composed and unmistakably Anguillita.

The precision belongs to the making. The pleasure belongs to the moment it is poured.

Two sizes.
One signature.

The 750 ml bottle belongs at the table. The 375 ml bottle travels easily. Both hold the same premium reserve blend, the same cask-built character and the same hand-finished attention.

The island edition / 40% Alc./Vol.

The island is not a backdrop.

The rum is precise in its making, but never detached from its home. Anguillita lives at tables by the sea, in rooms full of friends and in the stories people carry away.

Made slowly.
Opened together.

The bottle begins with craft. Its real life begins when somebody opens it.
